Love The Advice

As I tell my friends and co-workers about my trip, I'm learning how many of them have traveled to Europe. They've been giving me great advice. Here's some of the advice, not all of which makes sense to me at this moment, but maybe will when the time comes to apply it.

- Don't carry pot in Europe - you'll get arrested. (No worries, don't smoke it!)
- Drink lots of water.
- Don't drink the water.
- Catch an opera in Vienna
- Go to the plaza type area that's not a square plaza but a round place in Siena
- Go to the Grand Canal in Venice
- Know how to say, "Due vino del la casa per favore." (I don't know if I'm spelling that right, but that's how it sounds.)
- Look for Cinderella's castle in Neuschwanstein, southwest of Munich.
- Walk over some glaciers in Switzerland to save travel time. (Apparently only "stupid Americans" do this.)
- Go topless on the beach in Italy. (Can do.) And take pictures. (Yeah, right.)
- Stay off the streets if Italy wins a game in the World Cup

I've gotten lots more advice... and a co-worker loaned me a tiara because we'll be staying in a castle. I'll take pictures!
